⏳ Return Period

  • Products can be returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

  1. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  2. The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories (cables, manuals, warranty cards, etc.).

  3. The original purchase invoice must be provided with the return request.

  4. Returns will not be accepted if:

    • There are scratches, cracks, or any damage caused by misuse.

    • The product has been installed or connected to an electrical system.

  5. Electrical devices such as SolaX inverters and EcoFlow power stations will undergo a technical inspection before approval.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting any shipping or installation fees (if applicable).

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.

🚫 Important Notes

  • Batteries cannot be returned once used or charged.

  • Any return request submitted after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.

  • The company reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
