Electrical devices such as SolaX inverters and EcoFlow power stations will undergo a technical inspection before approval.

Refunds will be processed after deducting any shipping or installation fees (if applicable).

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.

Batteries cannot be returned once used or charged.
